first murder
driving home from my sister's place at night has always been a challenge, since meeting my sister on a useless tuesday evening significantly often coincides with having some glasses or bottles of real good wine. and like on many other evenings before, i again chose the -what i call- alco-track to get home (meaning: less urban area -> less traffic -> less police). on my way home, unfortunately a cute white cat felt the urgent need to cannon into my car and apparently the back wheel of my car killed it... :-(am i a murderer now or was it just damage of property? exempt from punishment or death row?

Word of advice: As a (let's be optimistic here) "future" lawyer, I'd say flee to mexico and trade red wine for cheap tequila ... animal activists can be pretty dangerous, and there's no telling what they can do to cat murderers...
